　　公司介紹：公司是一家私募股權(quán)投資基金管理公司，隸屬于中信證券股份有限公司。從事私募股權(quán)投資，投資的行業(yè)包括消費(fèi)、能源、金融等諸多領(lǐng)域。

　　1. 財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理/Finance Manager

　　Job description：

　　1.Responsible for company accounting system steup， and regular accounting work including monthly/quarterly/yearly funds‘ reporting；

　　2.Responsible for legal entities‘ compliance with local legal/regulatory/tax requirements； including CSRC regulation；

　　3.Coordinate with outsourced service provider Responsible for fund operations including capital call， SPV registration， etc. and coordinate with investment team；

　　4.Liaise with domestic or overseas banks for cash management；

　　5.As a team member and manager， responsible for finance workflow improvement and optimization；

　　6.Other assigned work；

　　7.This position reports to the Executive Director / CFO.

　　Qualification：

　　1.With high integrity， honest and reliable；

　　2.University degree or above， major in accounting/finance；

　　3.A recognized accounting designation （China CPA， US CPA or CMA） is preferred， or under study；

　　4.At least 5 years‘ work experience in accounting/finance with at least 1 year work experience in a management position； Preferred for those who works in Chinese/Foreign banks， trust companies or fund management companies for accounting/finance functions， or for those who works for big 4；

　　5.Proficient in accounting software （SAP/ Users‘ friend / Kingdee， etc）

　　6.Good command of spoken and written English；

　　7.Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues as well as outside stakeholders；

　　8.Can work independently as well as having teamwork spirit；

　　9.With can-do attitude； can work under pressure and late hours.

　　2. 會(huì)計(jì)/Accountant

　　Job description：

　　1.協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理做好日常的財(cái)務(wù)工作，包括現(xiàn)金管理及記賬；

　　2.能夠熟練使用財(cái)務(wù)軟件（用友，金蝶等）；

　　3.負(fù)責(zé)公司保稅，年檢等事宜；

　　4.負(fù)責(zé)公司員工報(bào)銷等；

　　5.其他分配的工作；

　　6.此職位匯報(bào)給財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理。

　　Qualification：

　　1. 誠(chéng)實(shí)可靠；

　　2．本科學(xué)歷，至好是財(cái)務(wù)/會(huì)計(jì)/金融專業(yè)；

　　3．兩年或以上財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；熟悉中國(guó)會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則，歡迎CPA 或CMA的在讀者；

　　4. 能夠熟練使用財(cái)務(wù)軟件；

　　5. 能夠用英語溝通；

　　6. 工作積極主動(dòng)，具有團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神；能夠在壓力下工作，能夠加班。
