如果當(dāng)年是365天,5天可累積帶薪缺勤當(dāng)年沒(méi)休,當(dāng)年計(jì)提的應(yīng)付職工薪酬總額是365+5天嗎?

學(xué)員,您好,不一定的呢, 要看離職時(shí)是否能夠獲得現(xiàn)金支付 如果能夠獲得現(xiàn)金支付 則應(yīng)該按365天加5天 但如果不能夠獲得現(xiàn)金支付,則應(yīng)該按職工預(yù)期會(huì)行使的休假天數(shù)來(lái)計(jì)提,因?yàn)槿绻毠ぴ诖文?月1日就離職的話,則該員工就無(wú)法享受嗎未休的5天假期了,也就是公司就不欠職工的假期。如果您的問(wèn)題得到了解決,麻煩您五星好評(píng)一下哦
