非全日制用工合同個(gè)稅怎么繳納。

1、如果與公司簽訂勞動(dòng)合同,可以作為工資支出列支。 2、如果沒有,需要到當(dāng)?shù)氐囟惥珠_具勞務(wù)費(fèi)發(fā)票,計(jì)入勞務(wù)費(fèi),按照勞務(wù)報(bào)酬計(jì)算個(gè)稅。
